1. Fulfillment Timeline

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
(Our team inspects every garment for print quality and fabric integrity before it ships.)
Shipping Time: Varies by region
- US & Canada: 5–7 business days
- UK & Europe: 7–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–15 business days

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.
Free standard shipping is offered on domestic orders over $289USD (or local equivalent).

3. International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide, with active logistics partners in over 40 countries.

However, customs, VAT, or import duties (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your order status in real time via the courier’s site.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order seems delayed:

Double-check your tracking link
Wait 48 hours after expected delivery (some carriers update late)

Lost or missing packages will be handled with urgency. We may issue a replacement or refund, depending on investigation results.

6. Address Accuracy

Make sure your shipping address is correct. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional re-shipping fees.
